Howdy conspirers!
In this post I answer the question everybody wants to know: "How do I become a staff member?" since it's a popular one. The first thing that you have to understand is we don't really do it like other servers do. You cannot apply to become staff, nor can you buy or beg for it. We genuinely hand-pick the people who become staff ourselves, based on their behaviour. Follow these tips and you'll be well on your way to becoming staff:
- Follow all of our server rules.
- Be kind and helpful to other players.
- Don't swear or be racist.
- Be online as much as possible.
- Actively take part in server chat.
It's not an instant thing: it may take us a while to notice you. It's strongly advised that you
don't ask for staff positions - it makes us strongly doubt your maturity and suitability for promotion. If you're asked to come aboard the team, you'll first be a
Helper (can /kick) for an induction period for no particular minimum length of time - if we feel you are doing well, then we promote you further to
Moderator (can /ban). This is the highest position achievable by users. Administrator status is reserved only for the server owners.
