UnBan SpamGuard Malfunction. Help me i didnt do it knowingly -Umedm

Itsjake and Spidermis was on at the time they were saying stuff in chat which made me lol.
A creeper blow me up near my house. I went to my corpse to retrieve my stuff. I could only pick certain things so i re-logged so i can pick all of it up. It said i was banned for spamming. I was say XD when somebody made me laugh and i only had 2 warning i accidentally wrote xD 3rd time because some one made a joke.
I don't think i should be banned because i did nothing wrong to annoying someone or to lag the server or to do anything effecting anyone. So please unban me. Itsjake was there so was spidermis. We were creeper hunting
until i went home and the incident happened.

I go on this server ALOT. Mining and crafting and brewing and Leveling up.
1 admin and 1 mod was there at the time. And i did tell them the warnings i was getting and i unknowing repeated the words because the made me laugh. And i did it after every few joke/things they said and it wasn't continually.
Please unban. I say XD alot on this server because this server is enjoyable.
And i cant return to this sever because people made me laugh and i wrote XD.
On the 2nd warning i was worried and i did tell itsjake that i got one more warning.
and today i was planning to go out and help with the fire show at spawn.
Im going to miss out because of this plugin.
I think this is a horrible and unfair ban and i blame the plugin.
I have no money and i don't think i caused a offense i didn't spam.
I didn't type faster then anyone i wrote at normal speed.
I have not broken any server rules and never have.
I was looking forward tonight to pvp and play the hunger-games to get the title Champion.
Thats old news for me.
I recommend you not giving plugins like Spam-guard full power to ban.
Maybe a timed ban like for 1 week/1 year
I want to be treated normally i cant pay up $5 sorry but i did nothing wrong to get this ban and making me pay wont learn me a lesson maybe it will stop me from socializing..
