Not Able to Spawn Iron Golems

Currently I am not able to animate iron golems. You can build them but they don't work. I haven't tested this with snow golems. Any reasons as to why this is?

Hi. Yeah I noticed this a while ago. My guess is that people would just spawn a billion of these guys at spawn which would be a real nuisance. You know, snow golems harrasing people by pegging snowballs at them doesn't make for the ideal server. There isn't much of a use for them, it may also be a way to prevent lag. Just posting this so you have a quick answer, these are just guesses.
